Usage tips:

In infusion:

• Take 3 vetiver roots, 2 gowé seeds, 3 djéka leaves and one piece mango bark.

• Rinse everything and boil it in a pot with 1 liter of water for 10 minutes.

• Filter the water and drink. You can enhance it with honey or lemon

In an intimate steam bath (sitz bath):

• Choose the same ingredients and quantities as for the infusion above. You can add a teaspoon of Nep Nep powder (available as an extra with this treatment).
• Use a basin or a bath tub that fits your toilet, then place the mixture inside and pour in hot water.
• Sit on it without being in contact with the water (it is the steam released that will be beneficial).
• Cover your legs with a towel to retain the maximum steam.
• Stay in this position for 15 minutes.

It's an excellent post-partum care.

In intimate rinse water in the toilet:

• Take 2 vetiver roots, one mango bark, and 4 gowé seeds.
• Infuse everything in one liter of lukewarm water.
• Rinse your intimate areas with this water after each trip to the bathroom.
• You can keep the ingredients for 10 days, to infuse them again and refill your bottle when it is empty.
